Peach and Burrata Flatbread

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 pieces flatbread or naan

  • 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced

  • 8 ounces burrata cheese

  • 4 to 6 slices prosciutto

  • 1 cup fresh arugula

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Place flatbread on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 5 minutes.

  3. Remove from oven and arrange peach slices and torn pieces of burrata evenly over the flatbread.

  4. Return to oven for another 5 minutes until cheese is warm and slightly melted.

  5. Remove from oven and top with prosciutto and fresh arugula.

  6. Drizzle generously with balsamic glaze before serving.
