Peach and Burrata Flatbread
INGREDIENTS:
2 pieces flatbread or naan
2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
8 ounces burrata cheese
4 to 6 slices prosciutto
1 cup fresh arugula
2 to 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place flatbread on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and arrange peach slices and torn pieces of burrata evenly over the flatbread.
Return to oven for another 5 minutes until cheese is warm and slightly melted.
Remove from oven and top with prosciutto and fresh arugula.
Drizzle generously with balsamic glaze before serving.
