Lemon Icebox Pie
INGREDIENTS:
Premade graham cracker crust
3/4 cup lemon juice, bottled or fresh
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon zest
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and lemon zest until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the pie is firm. Serve chilled.
